Aleisha

Hello, my name is Aleisha. I am one of the bilingual Case Aides at Life Fountain. I started with Life Fountain in 2016 as a PCA with my sister, and then became a DSP. In 2020, I started off as a QP/DC up until 2022. I had to take some time away due to becoming a new mom of 2. I returned as a Case Aide and have been enjoying this new journey.

My job as a Case Aide is to assist the Case Management team. I will be assisting with phone calls, emails, questions, faxes, and much more.

During my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring hidden gems all around MN.
